A Little About Us

Once you have a Betta you will be addicted. They have personality, they are unique, and no two fish are ever exactly alike. Bettas are nothing like any other fish you will ever have.

This website was built to share the passion of breeding and raising Betta fish, along with the knowledge that comes with having them through their entire life process.

The Live a Betta Life fish room also raises tank mate options for your Bettas. We get asked a lot about different fish that are good for your Betta tanks. We have found success with smaller community fish like guppies, and bottom feeders such as plecos. The variety and possibilities are endless when putting your tanks together.

Breeding our fish is rewarding and exciting. We know that not everyone buying fish is an expert, we are open to any questions you may have about your tank set up and fish care.

We are experiencing a time in the world where more then ever we are needing indoor hobbies. The fish keeping world is seeing growth in a way we have never experienced before. Supporting local breeders helps insure the wild population isn’t over farmed, and locally bred fish are able to adapt better to our domestic water parameters.

In my experience fish keeping can become an addiction. Everything from setting up aquascapes with rocks and plants to finding unique varieties of fish to put into your tanks. We are here to help you every step of the way 🙂
